Stéphane Tendero, Operating Director, and Thierry Martin, Chef, have opted for a simplified proximity management to oversee their teams at Thierry Marx’s restaurant, L'Étoile du Nord.

The common focus is on people skills, to ensure that every traveller is made to feel special and experiences something unique when they visit l’Etoile du Nord’s brewery, bar or even bakery.
The notion of "enjoyment" is one of the keystones to the success of this ambitious project! Men and women from all social, ethnic and professional backgrounds have been recruited so that their individual expertise can help create an unforgettable customer experience.

CUISINE MODE D'EMPLOI

A catering training centre with a view to professional integration. Trainees quickly (12 weeks) acquire (and at no cost) professionally recognised skills, and are assisted with finding employment.
